ICEL hosts monthly meetings covering career and credit-oriented topics, providing members with regular opportunities to learn from expert speakers and peers. Recent topics include navigating change, emotional intelligence, and understanding negotiation tactics.
After one year of membership and consistent participation, ICEL members become eligible to apply for scholarships to support further education, attend conferences, or cover professional exam fees.
ICEL members have access to national and regional educational conferences throughout the year, offering networking opportunities and the chance to stay ahead of industry trends.
ICEL fosters leadership skills through involvement in program development and event coordination, empowering members to take on leadership roles within their organizations and the broader credit community.

Scholarships – As a member of ICEL, after one full year of membership, and with 80% attendance at the monthly meetings (Not including December), you may submit a scholarship request for classes, educational conferences, and/or professional designation exam fees.Â
