Jason Robinson will walk us through the Utah lien laws for Construction (Mechanics) Lien Laws. This session will include any changes discussed in the most recent Legislative session, an overview of the Lien Laws, State Construction Registry (SCR), and your deadline timelines for legal filings. This seminar is geared towards those in who are General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, or Suppliers in any of the construction and building trades.
