Board of Directors Candidate – Tina Hatfield, CBF

Credit Manager, Mountainland Supply Company

Hello! I’m Tina Hatfield, and I’m thrilled to share a little about myself!

My world revolves around my amazing husband and three incredible kids. Whether we’re crafting, renovating, cooking, or baking, we’re always creating something new! One of my favorite challenges? Transforming traditional baked goods into delicious, unsuspectingly gluten-free masterpieces. I thrive on pushing my skills to the next level, always looking for new ways to learn, grow, and refine my expertise.

Professionally, I’ve dedicated nearly 13 years to Mountainland Supply Company, with 11 of those years in Accounts Receivable and Credit. I even spent two years as the Accounts Payable Manager before stepping into my current role as Credit Manager. Throughout my career, I’ve played a key role in multiple mergers, acquisitions, and company restructures—each one fueling my passion for problem-solving and process improvement.

My involvement with NACM has been a defining part of my professional journey for the past 12 years. I’ve actively participated in industry group meetings, served on committees, and proudly held positions on the Board of Directors from 2021-2024, including Vice-Chairman, Chairman, and Advisor to the Board. Holding the Credit Business Fellow (CBF) designation, I am deeply committed to the credit industry and continuously seek ways to enhance efficiencies and optimize operations.

I am honored to be considered for another term on the NACM Board of Directors, and I would be privileged to continue representing and serving my fellow members.
