NACM Intermountain

Board of Directors Candidate – Heather Hansen

Credit/Accounts Receivable Manager, Intermountain Farmers Association

I am the Credit/Accounts Receivable Manager for Intermountain Farmers Association. My journey in credit and collections began in 1992. I became a rental agent for several apartment communities. It nurtured my ability to grow my skills in collections. I moved to Utah in 2004. I was fortunate to meet April Tanner my first day. By 2006 she had introduced me to the Credit Manager of Wheeler Machinery. That began a long career growth and my introduction to NACM.

Over the years and several industries, my career has become a passion as there is always a solution to accommodate the needs of the clients while ensuring the profitability of the company. The education NACM has provided over the years has been a large influence on my success. The support and mentorship received from our large network of Credit professionals continues to evolve my tools to success. I am grateful every day for the opportunities to further my education.

I recently married my amazing husband in September 2023. We have had the privilege over 12 years together where we jointly raised our combined 7 children. We have a large fun loving family with four grandchildren and countless grand pups that love to visit. We enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors. We do love to travel and find new restaurants to try and then recreate the meals at home.

As I am currently striving for my CBA and beyond I have appreciated the intentional guided teaching NACM provides. I would love to be a part of the team that could help others with their obstacles within credit and collections. Collectively we are stronger with the tools we have been provided by this incredible group of highly talentedĀ individuals.

There is always an adventure to be had.
