The NACM Stockholders Meeting was held on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the NACM Offices and live streamed to all members via Zoom. The Spring Banquet was held on Friday, April 19, 2024, at the DoubleTree by Hilton by the Airport.
At the Stockholders Meeting, the following were newly elected to the Board of Directors:

- Kelly Passey, Plastic Specialties
The new Board Executive Committee was elected at the Board of Directors meeting directly following the Stockholders Meeting.

At the Spring Banquet, the 2024 Designations of Excellence Awards were presented to:

Additionally, the 2024 Credit Executive of the Year was awarded to Jo Anne Mills, CCE of Deseret Book Company.
