ICELRecognizing the importance of quality credit management & professional development

Next Meeting - Thursday, October 10, 2019
NACM Office 5710 S. Green Street, Murray
5 Essential Credit and A/R Sills to Increase Performance
or to Drive Improvement or Increase Profitability

CFOs expect their credit and A/R teams to focus squarely on the faster conversion of credit sales to cash. However, as a credit and A/R professional, how do you ensure that you are expanding your functional skillset and advancing from tactical credit collection to defining the high-level strategy for credit and receivables management?

Leading credit and A/R executives possess a winning combination. They have rich functional experience in credit and collections combined with the ability to guide decision making with analytics and the capability to deliver long-term process transformation by incorporating technology and best-practices.

The Credit and A/R Toolkit explores five key competencies that will not only enhance your career in credit and A/R, but will jumpstart your path in finance, strategic planning, financial reporting and analytics, and technology-led transformation.

The presentation will share how you could:

  • Drive compliance for everyday tactical work by understanding critical trade credit and collections laws
  • Standardize collections operations with the help of customer segmentation and dunning strategies
  • Minimize credit risk with a step-by-step approach to creating a credit policy framework that aligns with business growth objectives
  • Deliver recommendations for process improvements by leveraging reporting and analytics for immediate course-correction and strategic insight
  • As a strategic leader, transform credit and A/R processes by leveraging cutting-edge technologies including Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence
